Invalid License Key

Solution You have purchased the software but your license key seems not to work?

1) Please, before submit a new ticket, check you don't have any
antivirus or firewall on your computer that is blocking BlogHatter.

Bloghatter connects to a license server over internet to verify your license.

2) If you receive the error that "your license is expired or you are trying to connect from another computer":
This error may occurs if
1) you have requested a refund
2) you are using the license onto another computer. You can use the license only on one computer. If you need to move the license to another computer, please reset it first using the following link

3) on some computer the above error may occur also after a software update. Please, try to reset your license using the following link
